Items that are defective or damaged may be returned within 30 days of purchase. We will not take returns that are not defective or damaged.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items may only be returned if they are defective or damaged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
The customer will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs on item returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Items ineligible for return/exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- - Downloadable software products
- - Some health and personal care items
- - Items such as bathing suits, intimate apparel, underwear, and other personal items.

How to Return an Item:
To complete your return, we require a receipt/proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or we will not be able to process your return.
To return an item:

- Print off receipt/ proof of purchase

Please Note: Items returned without first contacting us to set up a refund will not be refunded. Prior to contacting us, please read the sections above titled "Returns" and "Items ineligible for refund".
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed. If your return is an approved exchange, a new order will automatically be placed for you upon receipt of the item.
We will not return, exchange, or refund items that have not been approved for a return.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your approved for a refund, it will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending your credit card company processing.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (If the item has been returned more than 30 days after delivery, your item will not be returned to you).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, depending on your banking institution, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us here.
Sizing Exchanges: We only provide sizing exchanges if the clothing size is deemed incorrect. In order to prove that the sizing is incorrect, you will need to reference the sizing chart on the website for the item that you ordered, take a picture of the measurement, showing that the sizing is off, and email us the picture at CovidResponseStore@gmail.com.
If a returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to someone other than the purchaser, the recipient of the item can receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be emailed to you.
If the returned item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to him/herself, the refund will be given to the purchaser, and the purchaser will be the person responsible for the return.
You may cancel an order as long as the item is not already in the process of being fulfilled or shipped. We cannot cancel or refund orders that are already in the process of being fulfilled or shipped from the warehouse, as we cannot intercept an item from being printed, fulfilled, or shipped.
